Lead Engine Terms

These terms sit behind the guarantee on the Lead Engine page and behind the last checkbox of the onboarding questionnaire. Plain English on purpose. Last updated 3 September 2026.

1. What you buy

A one-off setup fee pays for the build: Facebook and Instagram campaigns, an instant form with your qualifying questions, a WhatsApp AI assistant trained on your offer, calendar booking, and your team trained on it. The build is the same on every tier. The monthly fee, where there is one, pays for running it: ad management, monthly creative, assistant tuning, lead-quality monitoring and the monthly enquiry report.

The setup fee is not refundable. It pays for work that is delivered whatever the ads do. If you leave, the system stays with you. It is never charged twice: moving from Launch to Managed or Partner later costs no second setup.

2. Ad spend

You pay your ad spend directly to Meta. We never mark it up, hold it or route it through us. Managed needs a minimum ad budget of £1,000 a month, Partner £2,000 a month, running continuously. Each additional trade needs its own minimum of £750 a month.

3. The guarantee

On Managed and Partner we guarantee one qualified appointment for every £250 of ad spend in the first 30 days after your ads go live. At the £1,000 minimum that is four appointments, at £2,000 it is eight. Launch carries no guarantee, because we do not run the ads there.

A qualified appointment is one where all five points hold:

  • a booked calendar appointment with a date and time, confirmed by the prospect;
  • the prospect owns the property or is entitled to make the buying decision;
  • the prospect accepted the price range named in the chat;
  • the prospect wants the work done within six months;
  • the property is inside the agreed service area.

When it counts: an appointment counts the moment it is booked and meets the five points above. What happens to it afterwards does not change that: appointments you cancel, move or decline after booking still count, because the qualification was delivered. This closes the obvious loophole and protects you too, since we cannot pause your fee over appointments you chose not to take.

Not counted: a prospect who does not turn up, if you report the no-show within 24 hours and the assistant’s follow-up with the prospect confirms it; enquiries that arrived before launch.

Conditions: the ad budget is at or above your tier minimum and runs without interruption; the onboarding questionnaire is complete and all access (Facebook page, ad account, calendar) has been granted, delays here move the start date; your calendar keeps free slots available throughout the 30 days.

If we miss it: the monthly fee pauses until the number is reached. The setup fee is not affected. If the number is still not reached by day 90 after launch, either side can end the agreement, you keep the system and everything built, and you owe nothing further.

4. Monthly fee and cancellation

The monthly fee starts in the second month after launch. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time with 14 days notice before the end of a billing month. Monthly pricing is reviewed periodically; if your monthly rate changes you get 60 days written notice and can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Change requests

Faults are fixed as fast as possible on every tier at no charge. Change requests to the assistant or the calendar (a promotion, a new disqualifier, updated prices, availability, pause and resume) are bundled into the monthly cycle on Launch and Managed. On Partner they are actioned within two working days, up to four a month, directly on WhatsApp. Changes to the ad account itself stay on the monthly cycle for everyone. A new trade, form or campaign is a new build and is priced as such.

6. Territory

Managed does not include territorial exclusivity. If another installer requests exclusive rights in your area, you will be offered them first. Partner is exclusive for your trade in up to three postcode areas where we run your ads, and stays exclusive as long as your ad budget meets the Partner minimum.

7. Founding Three

The first three UK installers get Partner-level access, a direct WhatsApp line to Florian and two-working-day change requests, at the Managed monthly rate for twelve months from launch. Extra trades and territorial exclusivity are not included. The end date is named at signup. When it ends, an add-on ends; nothing else changes.

8. Data and the assistant

The assistant always says it is an assistant. Prospects can ask to stop and to have their messages deleted at any time, and we honour both. Our privacy policy applies.
